When you use Hyperly Cloud via Meta login (Threads or WhatsApp Cloud API), we may collect and store limited personal data such as:
- Meta User ID
- Name and Email (if provided via Meta login)
- Access tokens (for API authentication)
- Communication metadata (related to WhatsApp API usage)
- Any data provided voluntarily while using our services
Requesting Data Deletion
If you wish to request the deletion of your data from our database, you may do so at any time by contacting us using one of the methods below:
1. Email Request
Send an email to co*****@hy**********.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”, and include the following information:
- Your full name
- Email address associated with your Meta login
- Meta User ID (if available)
- Description of your request
We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm data deletion via email.
2. In-App Request (Coming Soon)
We are working on providing an automated data deletion feature within the app for quicker processing.
What Happens After Deletion?
- All your personal data, including access tokens and user metadata, will be permanently deleted from our systems.
- Some anonymized or aggregated data may be retained for legal, security, or analytical purposes, but this data cannot be linked back to you.
